Our Building Technology

With HCube cutting-edge building technology, you will be able to own a brand new, architecturally designed, personalized, quality home for the cost of a new luxury car.

Today we build homes much the way we did over 1000 years ago, stone by stone, brick by brick, one piece of wood after another.  Even prefab homes that are built in factory use exactly the same materials such as steel structures, wood and plastics, which are not sustainable and eco-friendly to our environment.  They are simply built in a controlled environment, which makes it more precision-built homes but using the same material and construction methodology.

What makes HCube Homes different is our unique methodology of bringing new materials combined with automation to home building in a way that has never been dreamed of before, to manufacture complete eco-friendly homes in one-half the time and at one-half the price.

BUILDING MATERIALS & INTELLIGENT DESIGN

We have developed an innovative homebuilding technology for high-speed manufacturing of lightweight, structural Ellon Panels™ that are fully finished on the production line.  This home manufacturing process combines unique blends of raw earth elements into fully-finished floor, wall and roof components in a single automated process. These home elements provide strength, thermal insulation and architectural qualities needed for our homes, all of which are extremely safe, durable and strong.

Through the direct use of raw earth-elements we capture the natural beauty and rich colors of the desert.  These elements are integrated right on to the face of our structural walls and floors to recreate an expression of charm and grace that we look for in the crafted stone homes of yesteryear.  Natural wood, colored glass and textured color accents are available for clients to personalize their home designs. Each wall, floor or roof panel is intelligently designed to be bonded on site to form continuous walls, floors, roof and foundation each having unique aesthetic, mechanical and environmental properties needed for the specific application.
